Our Team
Klari Kadar is an econometrician with significant business expertise acknowledged with appointments to various State and Federal Policy and Steering Committees over the past two decades. Klari has extensive experience in working across a range of diverse industry sectors for some of Australia's largest public companies, and has specialised expertise in business modelling, business auditing and process mapping. Klari has co-authored curriculum and student resource materials and lectured in Econometrics at RMIT University. She is a prominent advocate for economic development within indigenous communities. With a network extending to over 80 indigenous communities across the Kimberley, Klari has a particular interest and focus on improving corporate governance within indigenous organisations and community stores.
Grant Smart's professional career includes experience in a range of industry sectors including banking, aviation, tourism and general business management. Within these industry sectors Grant has gained considerable experience and expertise across a diverse range of aspects relating to business management and development. These include business and strategic planning, business process mapping, organisational reform, business recovery processes, strategic and tactical marketing, public relations and communications. Grant also holds a Bachelor of Business qualification with majors in Marketing and Management.
Melissa Hartmann Melissa has extensive professional experience in the fields of natural resource management and environmental management systems, human resource management, project management and strategy development. Many of the projects undertaken by Melissa have been consultative in nature, and she has a range of experience in working with employees, community, industry and government to achieve on-ground outcomes. Melissa has particular expertise in developing and implementing practical systems and processes for effective business management.
Nick Bradley is a successful personnel and project manager with unique experience in tourism, construction, logistics and pastoral management roles. Born in Broome and raised on Carlton Hill Station near Kununurra, Nick has lived and worked abroad for many years with early careers in Education and Health (both local and international). His exceptional Management and Project Development skills have led to positions with the Sydney Organising Committee, The Star of Africa group of Hotels and most recently Home Valley Station. As the Manager of Home Valley, Nick successfully built a neglected cattle station into a world-class tourist facility for visitors to the Kimberley region. Nick has worked to improve training and employment opportunities for Aboriginal people of the Kimberley region and his adds further depth to an impressive range of skills and experience within KPP, and is committed to upholding the consistently high standard of work produced.
